4 Tbsp. butter (optional)
Directions:
Combine mix with cream cheese and butter. Refrigerate until firm and roll in topping. Serve on graham crackers, cookies or a variety of fruit.
Variations/Additions:
For a quick cheese cake combine 8 oz. cream cheese. Fold in 8 oz. whipped topping and spoon into graham cracker crust. Sprinkle with topping. Refrigerate until serving.

I’ve made pie with this one – it was good. I get rave reviews for the cheesball. Love to serve it with graham crackers and lemon wafer cookies. Guest remark it’s nice to have a sweet cheese ball along with the savory ones.
