Description

Additions:

8 oz. cream cheese
4 Tbsp. butter (optional)

Directions:

Combine mix with cream cheese and butter. Refrigerate until firm and roll in topping. If desired, you may use a kitchen torch to caramelize the sugar topping on the cheeseball. Serve on graham crackers, cookies or a variety of fruit.

Variations/Additions:

To make a traditional Creme Brulee combine mix with 2 cups heavy cream in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir constantly until mixture comes to a boil (mixture will be thin). Divide evenly into 4 ramekins or custard cups. Chill at least 2 hours. Just before serving, top with sugar topping and caramelize with a kitchen torch or briefly under broiler to form a thin crisp layer.

Like the other reviewer, I made traditional Creme Bruleé with this mix. It is SO easy to make, and it tastes as good, if not better than any I’ve ever gotten at a restaurant. I will definitely be getting more. HOWEVER … the item is priced on here as regularly $5.50, on sale for $5.75. ??? There’s no way to contact the company about this. Maybe they’ll see this comment.

very very good everyone you serve will think it’s homemade

  3. Karen

I made the tradition Creme Brulee and it did taste like the real thing….
It was a lot easier to make w/the package than the ‘real’ thing! It tasted even better after 24 hours.
