You will need:
1 lb tilapia filets
Seasoning packet
4 tbsp cooking oil
Tortillas

Directions:

Sprinkle seasoning all over tilapia. Heat 2 Tbsp oil over medium-high heat in a skillet. Working in batches as needed, add tilapia and cook until golden brown (approx. 4 minutes per side). Transfer to a plate and flake with two forks. Serve with toasty tortillas and your favorite toppings.
Makes 4-6 servings, about 16 tacos.
