It is used in Chinese, Indian, and Indonesian cuisine and is a common ingredient in garam masala and Chinese five spice blends. Spicely Organics carries Illicium Verum, which is often referred to as Chinese star anise, although ours mostly comes from Vietnam. 0.5 oz
