You will need:
1 cup milk
4 tbsp butter
Directions:
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, whisk packet contents with 1 cup milk. Add 4 Tbsp. butter and bring to a boil while whisking. Reduce to a simmer and whisk for 1 minute. Serve and enjoy!

I usually make my own hollandaise sauce from scratch, but always keep a packet of this in my pantry in case I am pressed for time or run out of something. It’s quick and easy and tastes better than most hollandaise sauce mixes on the market. I love the fact that it’s organic and has fewer of the yucky artificial chemicals normally found in commercial hollandaise sauces.
