Directions :
Coat 1lb. firm fish fillets, such as catfish, salmon, tuna ( 1/2-inch thick), or 1 lb. shrimp with 2 tsp. Seasoning.
Saute in 1 tbsp. butter in skillet, over medium heat 4-5 minutes per side or until done.
Ingredients: Spices (Including paprika, celery seed, red pepper),salt , sugar & caramel color.
