1. Whisk sauce mix and 1 1/4 cups milk in small sauce pan. Add 1 Tbsp. margarine or butter. 
2. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. 
3. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally until thickened, about 4 minutes.
