Chili Con Carne:1 pound ground beef1 package Buena Vida Chili Powder1 can (15 ounces) kidney beans undrained1 can (14 1/2)chopped tomatoes, undrained
*Brown ground beef ; drain fat. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil ;reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes.
* Makes 5 servings
Preparation Tip: For a mild and slightly sweeter flavor, add 1/2 cup each: chopped onion and chopped green bell pepper with ground beef. Add 1 can (6 ounces) tomato paste with tomatoes.
Note: Once opened, store chili powder in a dry, airtight container to prevent caking.
Ingredients: Chili Pepper and other spices, paprika (as color),Salt, Garlic Powder and Red Pepper.
