Gourmet du Village Cheesy Nacho Baked Dip Mix is ready to bake & serve straight from the oven. Makes 2 1/2 cups.

Ingredients:
Onion, spices, tomato, garlic, sugar, red & green bell peppers, cacao, salt, corn starch, jalapeno chile, silicon dioxide.
Additions:
- 1 ¼ cups (280 g) process cheese spread
- 1 ½ cups (140 g) shredded cheddar
- 1 ½ cup (360 ml) whole milk.
Directions:
In cast iron skillet, or other oven proof skillet, over medium heat, pour milk and heat until simmering. Reduce to medium-low heat. In meantime, preheat oven to broil. Stir in process cheese spread, a bit at a time, until all is melted. Stir in the cheddar. Stirring constantly until everything is perfectly blended. Stir in the seasoning. Add a bit of cheddar on top and broil 3-4 minutes. Top with fresh chopped herbs, tomatoes or chilies and serve with tortilla or pita chips!
