You'll Need:
* Al Pastor Sauce Starter
* 1 1/4 pounds diced chicken
* 2 tablespoons oil
Cooking Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken, stirring occasionally, until browned, about 5 minutes; drain.
2. Add two-thirds of Sauce starter and cook, uncovered, until chicken is cooked through and sauce is thickened, 2-3 minutes.
3. Add remaining Sauce Starter, toss to coat, and remove from heat.
4. Serve with a warm tortilla.
