One of Wind & Willow's newest hot dips is their first ever SWEET Hot Dip. Combine with cream cheese and heat until warm and creamy. They have included a topping of cane sugar and sea salt to sprinkle on top. You can even caramelize it to form a thin crisp salty sweet crust if you like. Perfect for dipping apples, pears, sweet potato fries, and even short bread or pretzels!

Directions:
Combine mix with cream cheese in small sauce pan over low heat. Stir until warm and thoroughly combined. Sprinkle with contents of topping packet.
Suggestions:
- Prepare in microwave by heating in 30 second intervals, stir after each.
- To make dip thinner, add 1 Tbs of milk ans stir. Repeat until you reach your desired consistency.
- For a great presentation, put prepared dip in an oven proof dish, sprinkle with topping and put under broiler until topping begins to bubble and caramelize.
